I would definitely recommend Level Up. Positive experience from start to finish. Piering is an emotional and financially huge project. They made it as positive as possible from original meeting to all correspondence with office and performing the actual piering. On time, cleaned up after project and communicated very well during the whole process. Thanks to all.
I can’t say enough great things about our experience with LevelUp. Everyone from the initial phone call to the clean up and every step in between was above par. Every one of the workers were kind, respectful and extremely hard workers. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. They cleaned up the yard and even put dirt around the outside of the foundation (which wasn’t in the bid, but they did a nice/professional job anyway). I would give every aspect of our experience a 10 if I could!!! (I didn’t get the final pictures added to this post.)
The team did a great job correcting issues with our foundation sinking along two walls and a 3rd wall that was starting to lean in. They took great care not to damage the yard any more than necessary with the excavation going so far as to put down boards on the grass to separate the dirt and preserve the grass. They communicated with me at the beginning and end of each day during work and completed as planned!
The process was painless. The quote was easy and comprehensive. The LevelUp KC team came out and got our job done super quick. The job was even better than I expected. When installing our downspouts, they even saved the sod to replace after the fact so only a minimal amount of reseeding is needed for the grass. Our window well looks fantastic. Think we are going to look at getting the other ones done even though they work fine. The new ones just look so much better.
Would recommend to anyone who needs foundation work done. Great work quality and the price was well below what other places are charging.
Have already referred a family member that needs some foundation work done.
